The Wall of Honor hosts the award ceremony to pay tribute to their volunteers, the winners of the youth patriotic poster/essay contest, and to honor five area Veterans of the Year. The patriotic poster and essay contest is driven through the public and private schools and is judged by the Enid Art Association and a panel of military veterans and volunteers. 5 area veterans are nominated by the public for their service to our country and honored during this black tie event.
